All Time Low's Future Hearts

Just under ten years ago All Time Low, the Baltimore break out band, were signed with Hopeless Records, a contract that changed their lives.

Now on their sixth album, which debuted at number one in the UK, is it any surprise their relentlessly touring in most US cities, UK arenas and festivals like Reading and Leeds ?

Before finishing high school All Time Low had released their debut album 'The Party Scene' and were signed with Emerald Moon Records and later with Hopeless Records.

After the ups and downs through the releases of 'So Wrong, Its Right', 'Nothing Personal', 'Dirty Work' and 'Don't Panic', this band have prevailed and on this album their sounding stronger than ever.

This album I think is like a continuation, the next chapter in this bands success story. They played some of the biggest venues in the UK as part of their co-headline tour with You Me At Six and have toured across the US with bands like Issues and tonight Alive as support acts.

Since January we've been annoyed, anticipating the album, drawn in with the releases of 'Somethings Gotta Give' and 'Kids in the Dark', and now finally the wait is over.

I think this album is just amazing, there's no other way to say it. It's the progression of albums like 'So Wrong, Its Right' however its slightly more experimental than their previous albums. With singles like 'Runaways' its clear this band haven't lost their original sound and with singles like 'Tidal Waves' and 'Cinderblock Garden' they show the sound from their previous albums has been carried on into this new album. Like any All Time Low album theirs jumpy energetic songs which get their audiences bouncing and there's songs in there that are heartfelt and maybe a bit slower like 'Therapy' from 'Nothing Personal'.

Through this album the band have became the biggest selling album in the US, reaching number 1 on the Billboard charts and they have achieved their first UK number one album.

This album is truly special. It not only shows the progression of the band it also shows that bands don't need to change their sound to be successful or popular. This album is full of the bands energy and enthusiasm from their debut album with the experience from nearly a decade of being in a band together.

Future Hearts is out now.
